  This hotel was one of the best parts of our trip to Sunny beach. The value for money could not have been better. The room was large, simple and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The AC worked well. The room had a nice terrace which over looked the lush green beautiful garden and swimming pool. All the basics were there an - Nice hotel, with clean rooms, especially the swimming pool area is great. Will most probably return.

  Great location, directly on the beach,free pool table downstairs, set in a quite location within short walk to the busy shopping and bar area, jet ski hire and other water sports.The apartment was large all rooms with A/C.   We were 3 people in a 2 rooms apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning was working. Basic kitchen equipment is available, so you can make breakfast or supper. It is not a big apartment building, so it was quiet in the night and you could have a good sleep. Food and beer is cheap. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nearby ... vad folk säger » is a big supermarket with plenty of bulgarian food for a good price. It's around 5-10 minutes to the beach (or 20 minutes to the nude beach). It's aro - Comfortable and spacious one-bedroom apartment with great balcony. It's a 15 minute walk from the beach, but we didn't mind because there is a big swimming pool. Quiet for sleeping at night. Free wi-fi and parking. Great hotel for family vacation. We loved it!

  I did find it a little bit difficult as most people still know the hotel compex as Sun Holidays. Still it has been my mistake as I did not call the reception to ask for direction. And I have heard lately how well they did explain it to another visitor by phone.   The service was immaculate, the Water heater broke and they fixed it in just a couple of hours. They picked us up at the airport and delivered us there as well. The pool is clean and has a good size - you can get snacks, drinks and food at the pool as well. The room was cleaned every day, with new towels and bed sheets/bedding. There was a game room(billiard and computer game) and a kids room as well but we never got to use i - I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk.

  The apartment was very comfortable and clean (aircon in every room and a kitchenette). The complex is only 5 min walk from the beach. Plenty of space arround the pools too. TSB staff - Emil and Kalin were exellent and spek very good English. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had the transfer booked with TSB as well as a trip to Istanbul. D - Clean and comfortable appartments. Lovely complex with 2 pools and a supermarket, close to the beach. TSB staff - Sveltana is deffenetely an asset to the company. With her finece and elegance, she adds quality to the holiday experience. Children enjoyed the pool very much.

  We loved our recent vacation at Karlovo hotel! The hotel as well as the swimming pool were both very, very clean. Food was good and the staff was very polite and friendly. The pictures from the hotel's website comply with the reality of things. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel is stylish and the atmosphere is great.
