  We were 3 people in a 2 rooms apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning was working. Basic kitchen equipment is available, so you can make breakfast or supper. It is not a big apartment building, so it was quiet in the night and you could have a good sleep. Food and beer is cheap. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nearby ... vad folk säger » is a big supermarket with plenty of bulgarian food for a good price. It's around 5-10 minutes to the beach (or 20 minutes to the nude beach). It's aro - Comfortable and spacious one-bedroom apartment with great balcony. It's a 15 minute walk from the beach, but we didn't mind because there is a big swimming pool. Quiet for sleeping at night. Free wi-fi and parking. Great hotel for family vacation. We loved it!

  The service was immaculate, the Water heater broke and they fixed it in just a couple of hours. They picked us up at the airport and delivered us there as well. The pool is clean and has a good size - you can get snacks, drinks and food at the pool as well. The room was cleaned every day, with new towels and bed sheets/bedding. There was a game room(billiard and computer game) and a kids room as well but we never got to use i - I struggle to find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was clean and the rooms were clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. All queries dealt with and service was prompt. Location is not far from main strip and would estimate as a 10 minute walk.

  Very friendly staff, 24-hour reception desk. Within walking distance of the beach and of the Cacao Beach night club. I highly recommend this hotel if you're coming for a Cacao Beach party and looking for a place to stay - you can just walk back to your hotel and save on taxis (which are not really cheap in Sunny Beach).

  This hotel is modern, clean and surprisingly beautiful. The room was comfortable,nice and spacious. There was free wi-fi :) I'd love to visit it again next year again I love this place - excellent location right on the beach. Close enough to walk to bars and restaurants and get right into Sunny Beach if you want to far enough away not to be disturbed by any noise. The rooms are clean and comfy, quite spacious and you wake up every morning looking over the sea and the view to Nessebar. All staff very friendly, food fine.

  We liked almost everything in our apartment at Kaya. We had 2 spacious rooms, well furnished, a large terrace with view on the beach and Nessebar. The location is in the midst of the resort. Building managers are friendly and open, literally and figuratively until late for any problems of the tourists. - This is our second time at Kaya Apartments... vad folk säger » . Can't wait to go back. Wonderful place and staff. Unbeatable location. Everything is around the building- starting with the beach and sea, finishing with 24h supermarket, Chinese restaurant, burger king and the theme park, lots of bars and discoteques.

  Unfortunately our baby fall ill on the last day and I cannot be greatful enough to the staff, namely to Angelo to organize a doctor visit in 5 minutes and arrange everything so we could reach our flight to home. The staff is wonderful in this hotel, they are very helpful, friendly, do not hesitate to let them know if you need sg (we informed them ... vad folk säger » that we will arrive with a baby in the monring, so 45 minutes after landing in Burgas we could occupy our room, with baby cot already set). Breakfast - There is a fantastic breakfast with a big variety of food! The hotel is located very close to the sea (about 2 minutes by foot). And you can find 'free zone', just buy somewhere an umbrella if you need some shadow. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaners are very diligent (they changed our towels even if we didn't ask them to do it). We stayed there for 12 nights and it was absolutely fine.
