  I realy liked the hotel. It is clean and comfortable. there were everything we need in the room - 2 big beds ( i stayed with my friend), air conditioner, small refrigarator, tv, nice balcony with table and chairs... it took 5-7 min to get to the seacost hotedand 10-15 min to the city center, great location. In the night it was silent, so we could ... vad folk säger » sleep good. there is also small but nice swimming pool. stuff was friendly. i wolud recomend this hotel for not expansive but good rest in Sunny Beac - Curtains almost blackout (not all hotels have them), carpet on the floor, the room is pretty cosy. Mosquito net on the balcony door. Shower cabin drained quickly and did not make a mess on the floor (pretty usual with other hotels). Breakfast containing a good variety. Parking in front of the hotel. This time no music at the pool, as it was cold outside. Late-checkout: until 14 - 20 BGN, until 16 - 25 BGN, possible even later

  This hotel provides a peaceful relaxing haven on Sunny Beach. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms and toiletries excellent. The staff are quietly accommodating, without being over bearing. Nothing is too much trouble. The Manager is constantly walking around the hotel, and greets everyone and ensures everything is ok. The gym is well equi - everything was wonderful. Staff is well trained. Hospitality is the word that define the hotel. Security is a very good idea for that kind of resort.

  We loved our recent vacation at Karlovo hotel! The hotel as well as the swimming pool were both very, very clean. Food was good and the staff was very polite and friendly. The pictures from the hotel's website comply with the reality of things. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel is stylish and the atmosphere is great.   Excellent hotel. Room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. TV and air conditioning (free). Plenty of storage space. Bathroom had state of the art shower, hair dryer, complimentary toiletries and soft, fluffy towels. Rooms were immaculately clean and laundry changed regularly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and catered... vad folk säger » for all nationalities. Bar was fantastic with great music. Pool was fabulous with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. Hotel was very impressive. - Beautiful, cozy and very clean hotel with large and airy rooms. Fresh and substantial breakfast but not very varied. Exccelent food at good prices at the restaurant. Pool is large enough and very clean. Distance to the beach: about 5-10 min. We stayed 8 nights and we had a great time! I highly recommend!
