Set in a peaceful location 100 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the resort centre, these modern apartments provide the ideal home from home for families and couples.
Leading from the living room as well as the bedroom is a spacious private balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to relax and enjoy a few drinks after a day at the beach. The complex has an adult pool as well as a children's pool with a restaurant and water cafe bar. Our fully furnished apartments are conveniently located in 2 apartment buildings in the centre of Sunny Beach, where you will find an array of restaurants and bars offering food and drinks at very attractive prices.

Just few minutes walk and you can find some of the most attractive entertainment and show restaurants, on the other hand, excellently situated, Efir is still enough isolated from the noise and the movement of the center.
Important information to guests
The Client will have to pay 100 Euro of the Return Damage Deposit during checking-in. The Deposit will be paid back during the checking-out.

Sunny Beach resort on the southern part of the Black Sea Riviera was awarded the prestigious Blue Flag International prize for proven ecological advantages.

The resort is within easy access to Bulgaria's many inland attractions, which include Roman ruins, ancient castles and monasteries, and many vineyards. The clear waters of the Black Sea are calm and without strong tides, making them ideal for children.

The complex consists of 130 luxury apartments – one and two bedrooms, finished and furnished to the very last detail, just to make people feel the comfort and the peace, enjoying their holidays. They are spread in 3 different blocks, each one of them with separate entrances and elevator.
