The Staff were welcoming and friendly,the adjacent restaurant was good nice and cosy with a log fire we had nice food tand drink and the staff were very obliging and we managed to enjoy a 7% discount given by the hotel to eat in the restaurant. A real gem, lovely people, clean tidy and very comfortable. Restaurant is very good and extremely good value for money. Ideal for the airport and they will even make you coffee at 4am if you have an early flight. Great place.

Professional and friendly and couldn't do enough for me, The room was gorgeous- the prettiest I have encountered in Bulgaria. Excellent value for money. Room was very nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Underground parking available for free. Superb room, quiet comfortable, staff very helpful, good breakfast, relaxed, secure parking, quiet, slept well in comfortable room.Lift available. Excellent food and wine in the restaurant. Close to the airport. Two plump pillows per person - you don't get that very often in Bulgaria!. Great restaurant - good food and reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Convenient for the airport. Clean comfy rooms Extremely nice staff Beautiful restaurant and outdoor alfresco dining area. The rooms are a good size and well laid out. They are very attractive. Guest may use the lovely garden area. Breakfast is served in the lobby. The hotel has an elevator. The staff was friendy and nice. Location could be better if you want more on the doorstep. For the airport it is fine, if wanting to visit the centre of Sofia it is alas a little off the beaten track. Guess there is a way around it but not what we wanted so never checked. Sadly they were having a problem with wifi in the rooms (but she did apologise). There was no minbar in the room as advertised. Location is a little bit far from center (but I came for the an exposition which was nearby, so no significant problem with that). Breakfast was a little poor (but for the money I paid it was more than ok). Overall, no significant negatives. Restaurant was closed but very good bar restaurant 100 metres away. Breakfast was ok but would have preferred yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, cereal and coffee over meat products. One of us was a vegetarian. Could be improved by asking guest their preference of breakfast. Breakfast. Parking is on the street but there was no trouble finding a space. The location was 10 km. From the city center but it was an easy direct drive. There is no ac in the rooms and the south facing rooms are hot on a hot day.
