  Perfection!!! That describes our two night stay at Hotel Hebros. Wonderfully located in the old historic center of Plovdiv, the building itself has a great history. Walking the cobbled streets around the old center, there is much to see. We ate dinner both nights in the Hebros restaurant and both enjoyed our choices.   Location further from old town and bus/train station than indicated, however still could walk to old town in about 35 minutes. Taxi and bus cheap, and about 10 minutes from each. Hotel very new, exceptionally clean . Excellent breakfast with personal service. Staff very friendly with good english. Hotel more in a residential, commercial area, than ... vad folk säger » in a tourist area. Very quiet will stay again. - This is without a doubt the best hotel I've ever stayed in for the price... totally unbeatable. Staff could not have been better and the room was excellent (and air conditioned).

  Small Hotel, basic but very clean and excellent value for money. Staff were friendly but unobtrusive if you want some where to sleep after a day exploring the city this is the place. This is not the place to stay if you want 5 star pampering - Location was perfect, and wifi worked nice.
