  We booked a regular double room for 6 nights, but got an upgrade for the suite instead (no extra charge!) due to room planning issues. The suite was lovely. One staff member speaks french quite well, the other staff members a little english. Breakfast was very nice, enough choice and sometimes alternating extras. Coffee seemed freshly ground. Breakfast could - Great location in the old town of Plovdiv. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Clean large room ( room with 8 windows!), large bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic with choice of cooked, fruit or selection of cold meats, cheeses, yogurts etc.

  We were surprised to find Boris Palace immidiately when we entered Plovdiv. Boris, the owner of the hotel, Cristina and the rest stuff helped us with our luggage and parked our car in their private parking. Our room was in the first floor, it was nice, clean, spacious and cosy. Every night we were asked the time we would like to have our breakfast ... vad folk säger » the next morning. Our breakfast was always served in the table making us feeling unique as we didn't have to take a plate and wonder around the restau - excellent location, easy access both to main city sights and shopping, unique design, very friendly owner, wonderful city panorama from the terrace; just a couple of recommendations for future visitors. Make sure you've got comfortable shoes as the pavement of Saborna street is antique and not suitable for high heels; also there is a comfortable parking area just 100 meters from the hotel and it makes sense to use it instead of parking in the nearest narrow side-streets

  Perfection!!! That describes our two night stay at Hotel Hebros. Wonderfully located in the old historic center of Plovdiv, the building itself has a great history. Walking the cobbled streets around the old center, there is much to see. We ate dinner both nights in the Hebros restaurant and both enjoyed our choices.   We got the apartment and it was HUGE - two rooms and two bathrooms! (One full with shower cabin and separate bathtub and one with just toilet and sink.) Everything was clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Strong wifi signal in the room, as well. Included breakfast was nice. No worries about the location!
