  Hotel was lovely but be careful ther is 3 bus station when bookin this hotel we saw revievs close to bus station make sure you get the right on on our arrivel to plovdiv we got to the wrong bus station anyway it wasnt a problem people were very friendly we walk 2k but it ok my husband and I are use to walking the hotel great location plovdiv a lov... vad folk säger » ely city we did an english speaking walking tour we found a lovely resturent calld hemmingway its on the main centre a little above avarage price but - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - and the 24hr recption was always manned by a happy smily receptionist no matter what time! The room was an excellent size and had a lovely view of the hills of Plovdiv. It was well placed, not too close to the centre but only a 10 min walk. It was modern and well decorated, so too were the rooms.

  I chose the room with patio upon suggestion of other visitors: definitely nice and cozy. Been on the ground level and surrounded by windows, though, the temperature was low and I had to keep the heat on all night long. Internet connection good, bathroom clean, park in front of the hotel (free), quite basic breakfast (3 menus to chose from) but of ... vad folk säger » a good quality. - Staff was really cooperative and friendly. I was staying in very traditional bulgarian room, it was new and very unique experience for me.

  Good design new hotel. Very close to the center, 3 min by car. Plovdiv is a candidate for 2019 European Capital of Culture, and it is already very well prepared for this.   Loved the visit to Plovdiv. Very nice old city. Hotel was in a good location. Staff were very friendly and were able to help me organise my onward journey to Istanbul. Facilities in the hotel were good. I used the gym, restaurant and lobby bar. I'd recommend a visit to the History Museum in addition to visting the old town. Perhaps if they were paying the full rack rate for the rooms they might feel they were getting poor value for money.   Stayed in many hotels in Plovdiv. Novotel is by far the best. The upper floors has a nice city view. The receptionists were very helpful. - Good position. Friendly, informative front-desk staff. Nice design and amenities. OK value for money if you catch a discount.
