  We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights 15th-18th June. Having been travelling for most of the day through the mountains on the superb narrow gauge railway from Septemvri to Bansko it was late and we were tired. A delightful receptionist greeted us and informed us that she would be upgrading us from our booked 'Budget Studio' to a more deluxe studio ... vad folk säger » at no extra charge. The studio was wonderful being very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We had a balcony which provided us with spectacu - We had a fine stay at Pirin River Spa. The hotel is well located, 15 min walk away from gondola and 5-10 min walk away from the town (depends where you want to go). There is a non-stop shuttle service of Pirin River Spa to the gondola and back in the morning, and at the afternoon. Except the given hours you can also call the shuttle for free to pick you up.   Nice view from the window. Big apartment, quite and noisy district. In the room is the small kitchen with toaster, microwave and everything to prepare a meal. The staff is nice. And breakfast is quite good.

  The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. The spa facilities were good. We were the only guests in the hotel because it was out of season so we had the pool to ourselves.   In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

  The Staff were excellent. Friendly, couldn't do enough for us and all with a great sense of humour . We also had a great chef who produced great food. Very clean and very good value for money.

  The hotel is nice, the rooms are warm, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great and cheap. The hotel is in an enclosed compound with parking and 24*7 security which was handy in my case as I was with a car.
