  very good breakfast, the room was comfortable,clean, cosy with perfect view, good services - The hotel is fantastic with great facilities!!The price for the facilities that they offer is great!! The good thing is that they are trying to improve the services and talk all the time to their staff!!

  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. The design of the rooms is very modern. We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception.   We really managed to relax. The view to the mountains from our apartment was breathtaking. I used the pool a lot because the water temperature was very warm and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and we took the advantage to have it served in the room.   I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine, biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and allowed... vad folk säger » us to have a late check-out as our flight was in the early hours of the morning. The room was the perfect size, we had a view of the mountains and it - Adam and Christian were very friendly and extremely supportive. The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great. I recommend this for any young professional looking for a great skiing holiday at an affordable price.

  Loved the location - very close to the gondola, next to amigoes, just around the corner from where we hired our skis (we used pirin who are really helpful). You can get a good breakfast downstairs in Penguins (which opens at 7am). We asked the Fortuna to recommend a transfer from the airport, which they did and the service was excellant.
