  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool. In regards to our breakfast- lots to choose from: English breakfas... vad folk säger » t, Bulgarian breakfast, banica, mekici, white cheese, cheddar, salaams, some veggies and fruits etc. I was very satisfied with everything and did not - We were in the apartment for 3 person. We liked the view to the mountain, the location that is upper on the mountain, it's quiet and relaxing, the spa, the big pool, the heated chairs, the fireplace at the entrance, the polite staff. The design of the rooms is very modern. We had all the amenities in the kitchen (we even had a dish washer). Bathrobes and slippers are provided on the reception. We had a problem with the terrace door it didn't close properly so the first day was a bit cold, but a

  I could not fault this place. Staff went out of their way to make our stay there the best it could be. Not only did they allow us to check-in to our room at 5am (normal check-in is at 2pm) but they helped book our transfers, provided extra in their welcome pack (beers, wine, biscuits..), brought our food orders from the pub to our room and allowed... vad folk säger » us to have a late check-out as our flight was in the early hours of the morning. The room was the perfect size, we had a view of the mountains and it - Adam and Christian were very friendly and extremely supportive. The price was excellent, my room was comfy and clean, the gym and pool facilities were a very welcoming touch, breakfast was 'spot-on' and the location was great. I recommend this for any young professional looking for a great skiing holiday at an affordable price.

  We had 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, all furniture andequipment was basic but new and comfortable. 2 bathrooms(shower/bathtub) clean. Except for the floor everything was clean, floorwas not perfect but next day they cleaned it.   Breakfast was more than standard, and also the ala cart restaurant was pretty good. Stanislava, the receptionist, was excellent and very professional giving a lot of information and help, speaking excellent English. Spa facilities are very good and most of them free, and ski bus is offered in many routes. For sure is a value - Spa facilities, value for money, dinner for 8euros which is very good. Breakfast is very good and enough and cheap drinks are offered to the lobby. Restaurant at the hotel is also quite decent. Ski bus is available and Stanislava at the reception couldn't be more professional and helpful.
