  My trip was really peaceful and I had the opportunity to relax and enjoy the stay. I liked the SPA center and I would definitely visit again! - Good food, nice rooms, friendly staff, amazing locatiom(Bansko is amazing) Very good SPA

  very good breakfast, the room was comfortable,clean, cosy with perfect view, good services - The hotel is fantastic with great facilities!!The price for the facilities that they offer is great!! The good thing is that they are trying to improve the services and talk all the time to their staff!!

  In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

  The room was very nice and comfortable - had a primo view of the mountain and sweet location right in town close to all bars and restaurants and easy walk to gondolla. Would definately stay again. - the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff

  I was there for 4 night, i that was wonderful time in the hotel, i like the restaurant, they have nice pool and also great steam bath and sauna. The internet connection is very fast, and there is a Nintendo Wii for kids. That's all cheers. - Value is 45 euro double, it' s better to have a room in the central department because you will have immedia... vad folk säger » te access to the spa facilities, the breakfast is nice.
