  very good breakfast, the room was comfortable,clean, cosy with perfect view, good services - The hotel is fantastic with great facilities!!The price for the facilities that they offer is great!! The good thing is that they are trying to improve the services and talk all the time to their staff!!

  Excellent facilities, quite a good location. - The spa facilities at this hotel are excellent. The indoor pool is huge. Bansko in summer is very quiet but you can visit the Pirin National Park for superb scenery and walks. Front desk staff very helpful. Overall very good value for money.

  The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. The spa facilities were good. We were the only guests in the hotel because it was out of season so we had the pool to ourselves.   Very enjoyable and pleasant stay and great service. I have stayed before in Bansko but now that i have been to Royal Towers will not book anywhere else. Great location and high quality room. Spa centre was very good and handy especially my wife loved it. Spacious resort with central but peaceful location. We would go back anytime even in spring or ... vad folk säger » summer should be good. - Great Location, easy access to all amenities, facilities and ski sloapes. Very well decorated and furnished rooms. Excellent Hotel and Spa Facilities. Very polite and freindly service. I would reccomend it to all my friends in future especially to those who travels to Bansko.
