  very good breakfast, the room was comfortable,clean, cosy with perfect view, good services - The hotel is fantastic with great facilities!!The price for the facilities that they offer is great!! The good thing is that they are trying to improve the services and talk all the time to their staff!!

  In fact we stayed in the appartments of the hotel, because it was said that on the day of our arrival they had a problem with the internet, so they did n't see our booking, so they kindly took us to the appartments. - A good and new hotel, close to the ski lift. Friendly staff, nice spa center.

  My trip was really peaceful and I had the opportunity to relax and enjoy the stay. I liked the SPA center and I would definitely visit again! - Good food, nice rooms, friendly staff, amazing locatiom(Bansko is amazing) Very good SPA

  Fantastic holiday! We had a brilliant holiday! The room was tidy and clean, the food was delicious, the staff were very friendly, polite and attentive.Our first visit to Bansko was unforgettable!We will be definitely back! - it is near the gondola

  This is a real 4 stars hotel. The SPA center is wonderful. You must visit during your stay. - Nice hotel, good facilities, tasty breakfasts

  I was there for 4 night, i that was wonderful time in the hotel, i like the restaurant, they have nice pool and also great steam bath and sauna. The internet connection is very fast, and there is a Nintendo Wii for kids. That's all cheers. - Value is 45 euro double, it' s better to have a room in the central department because you will have immedia... vad folk säger » te access to the spa facilities, the breakfast is nice.   The superior studio where I stayed w/ kids 10 and 15 yrs old, and my two parents were excellent...The furniture, the beds, the kitchen..the heating in the studio.. Everyth was perfect.The hotel itself is completely new and it needs some "tunning" regarding the spa..which is consisted of small sauna..for now...Never the less..the place is great ...... vad folk säger » The village Banya with the mineral springs is only 2km away as well as the Bansko city where is the ski gondola that brings you to the ski slopes and - Staff are very friendly
