  The staff are very helpful. The hotel is small and friendly. We only stayed for one night and use them everytime we go to Varna now. You have to reserve parking which is good as there is really no parking in this area. We had a very comfortable night sleep and the extra pillows and even a blanked was proved for us. - This hotel suited my needs... vad folk säger » . The staff were pleasent and helpful, The room was basic but had all the necessary facilities required, Food, breakfast was fine too, Had a good comfortable nights sleep. Yes we will stay in this hotel every visit to Bulgaria from now on. Thank you .

  I stayed in a sizeable suite with 2 balconies overlooking quiet backstreets. Non smoking rooms but the balconies have ashtrays. Radiator heating for winter and a/c for summer. The bathroom had a small tub and power shower over. Comfortable King bed and high quality furnishings.   Panorama is awesome, the room is large and has a lot of features, but needs a little bit refurbishment (at least the one we stayed in). The bathroom was also great and in top condition, only that a heavy smell could be noticed after the fan was working.   The interior and exterior of the hotel are just perfect. All rooms have sea view, wich is a nice plus. Super clean and large rooms with aircondition, towels, bath robes, hair dryer, TV, mini bar and amazing view.There are 3 jacuzzi hot tubs, 2 in the garden and 1 on top of the hotel. Nice and friendly stuff. Everything was perfect!
