  The staff is amazing! Very polite ! They do every thing, with a smile . - Very nice view, very nice neigbouhhood, nice gym room. Overall, would stay there again everytime I travel to São Paulo.

  I really enjoyed the service provided by the following staff: Paulo Rogerio from the night shift kitchen staff, Etevaldo from the day shift and the night manager Fabio. They saved the hotels reputation as I found the other staff quite average. - nice buffet breakfast fridge and microwave close to diners 3 blocks from metro

  It's a very good option for business travellers. Not a big luxury, but you have everything you need for a short stay. Room is very big and comfortable. Breakfast also very nice for Brazilian standards. Location is perfect, Moema is a nice district with good restaurants.   This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable.
