  The confort, cleaness and the big size of the room. The bathroom was small but comfortable as well. The breakfast was superb and served till 11am. The staff was kind and solicitous. At night I found chocolates and 2 bottles of water complimentary, very kind!I do recommend and I will stay there again in a future trip to Sao Paulo. I would classify... vad folk säger » it as a superior 4 stars. - The hotel was in the perfect location for Sao Paulo. Close to nightlife, great restaurants and shopping. The staff was courteous, helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
