The owner is lovely and so helpful, especially as she has great English.
Amazing breakfasts and nice touches to the rooms such as the DVD player and DVD library and proper plug in Mozzy killers.
Brilliant location just off the Quad and a lovely pool area to relax in.
Free fast Wifi also a bonus. -

The hotel is a wonderful example of a boutique hotel. The superior room has wonderful old wooden floors, and is dressed in a plush colonial fashion. The rest of the hotel is modern and clean but still hold the feel of intamcy of a grand house. The staff are polite and work hard to and with pride to make you feel welcome. -

... vad folk säger » hich is an oasis. Great sea views, near to a good beach. Small but very nice rooftop pool area. Nice to NOT have an open buffet style breakfast but to have a delicous array served to the table. We mastered the local buses which can tgake you everywhere.

What an experience! Reginne and Bernard's hospitality was amazing! From taking us on a private tour of Arraial d'Ajuda, to wonderful homecooked breakfasts, we felt like we were friends, not guests. An intimate pousada stylishly decorated and surrounded by lush greenery.
Bernard and Regine were extremely friendly and helpful hosts while still allowing us the independence and privacy we wanted. The breakfast was excellent.
The beaches(10mins walk) are beautiful and the bar and restaurant area of Arraial (20mins walk)was safe and had excellent live music.
