Vad folk säger
Staff is very friendly and helpful 10/10. Breakfast is diverse,
delicious, nutricious and the orange juice is fresh and squeezed at your
order. The internal hall is simply beautiful with a lovely green space
that helps to refresh a little bit. Our room had a good air conditioner,
but a little noisy. Once in Recife, try to visit the Marco Zero (totally
refurbished) and Olinda too. If we return to Recife we will definitely

Convenient location from which to visit the historic centre of Recife. Very clean, spacious rooms. Good breakfast selection. Pleasant common areas and shady interior patio. An individualistic hotel with a great deal of character.
It's very helpful to people interested in get the US VISA (my goal).
Traffic jams for all around the city and lunch-time (11:00-13:00)
and happy hour (17:00-18:00) are impossible to drive and even walk!
Be careful: traffic as crazy as in Rome! (The worst city to drive in
the western world). Some very expesive restaurants and beverages
(even if compared with gbp!!!) Please do bring mosquito repelent and
anti-histaminic tablets: yes, these bloody insects have a special
sensor for tourists! Some taxi drives did not know the exact
location of the Pousada.
As in many Brazilian hotels, the "agua quente" provided on the breakfast buffet is probably hot enough to wash your hands in but not hot enough to make a decent cup of tea.
