  One of the things that it was amazing was the staff. I simple loved the mattress as it is one of softiests that I ever felt. I asked for the manager what was the secret, he told me, took my mail and send several information about it. Staff is really good and the hotel is clean, really clise to the airport. Even though it was my mistake, the manager was very friendly, and very kind, she understood my situation, and she helped me to keep my luggage during my stay in Porto Alegre.
