  The staff was great. The head bartender and the Manager at the Bar were very friendly. The Bell staff (Nicholas) was very helpful and accommodating. The Housekeeping did a great job of respecting my privacy when I did not want service and providing service when requested. The restaurant seemed overwhelmed by the volume of business for breakfast (i... vad folk säger » e, running out of Juice, coffee and hot items on the buffet) although the food available was good. - Internet is good, open.   Convenient location, close to República metro station and airport shuttle bus terminus. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast, including "hot" water that really was hot enough to make tea. - Good Value for my money.

  It's basically a nice hotel with nice staff, clean rooms, finebreakfast, etc.Also, the 13 minutes walk up to Avenida Paulista seemssafe till late at night, as it is packed with bars and (cheaper)restaurants. If you prefer not to walk, there are a bunch of buses rightoutisde hotel that will take you to Avenida Paulista and beyond (E.G.,university ar... vad folk säger » ea).So, the location is fine. - It was a big disappointment - I had expected a clean, confortable, friendly hotel and found nothing of that. At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.
