  excellent service There were just no problems with anything, a refreshing change from most hotels these days! Internet worked, service in restaurants was perfect, front desk was very helpful, bellhops were helpful, price was great etc. - I loved location, staff was very friendly, rooms are big, spacious and modern.   The location was perfect for our needs. We just stayed one night as a stop over in Rio (leaving the next day for Bahia) and the Santos Dumont airport is literally a 10 minute walk from there!
