We went to check in and there had been an issue with the booking as the hotel was overbooked. The staff were excellent and very professional and actually moved us to another one of their hotel - the Windsor Leme - right on the beach. They took care of everything really quickly and efficiently. Priscilla, Juliana and Dyego were always helpful and

The rooms were very small, basic but had everything I need. It was clean. The saff were helpfull and kind all time. The hotel is near copacbana beach and very close to public transportation including metro. The breakfast was very good and delicious. This is a 4 star hotel. Do not expect luxry. I recommend this hotel anyone who has limited budget but looks for the best possible options and values

Placering av hottelet var mycket bra! Mycket trevlig personal. - Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff and great little breakfast with great coffee. - Very good location, great breakfast, Wifi that works in the rooms, Helpful staff. very comfortable rooms. Able to book at short notice on line and extend our stay easily.
