  It's basically a nice hotel with nice staff, clean rooms, finebreakfast, etc.Also, the 13 minutes walk up to Avenida Paulista seemssafe till late at night, as it is packed with bars and (cheaper)restaurants. If you prefer not to walk, there are a bunch of buses rightoutisde hotel that will take you to Avenida Paulista and beyond (E.G.,university ar... vad folk säger » ea).So, the location is fine. - It was a big disappointment - I had expected a clean, confortable, friendly hotel and found nothing of that. At arriving at the hotel you are asked by an unfriendly porter to pay in advance for the whole stay. The room does not offer much confort - you find not a proper place to put your laptop, you find nothing to drink in the fridge apart from water and coca cola, etc. etc.

  We have stayed at L'hotel several times. It is a friendly place to return to - also very clean and posh. I had requested a room with a modern toilet, they gave us one with a balcony which was almost a mini-garden! - The bed was fabulous, big and comfortable.   The apartment was very large and comfortable. It also had a nice kitchen to use. The location is in the heart of Jardins, which makes shopping easy. Plus, all the restaurants are within walking distance or at most a 5 minute cab ride away. They also have self-service laundry facilities available to use.   Beautiful, efficient suite. Perfect location. Excellent wi-fi reception in the room at all but morning hours, which is better than most flat services in Sao Paulo. I liked that there was a tv in the living room and in the bedroom - very nice touch. It was also a very comfortable bed, which is also not common for Sao Paulo flat services. Luxuriou - The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.
