  The staff was great! Natalia and Rodrigo helped us book tours and were overall, extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious. - the staff is polite and gives you all the information and the attention a guest needs.The position is good just close to the "farol" and beaches and restaurants. It's safe and well connected to the center.

  The staff is helpful, friendly and very cooperative. We have been travelling in brasil for quite a while and this is the only recommendation we placed at booking. Casa petunia is a place were you feel comfortable directly. The rooms are excellent (good showers!). The pousada is nice decorated with a family- atmosphere. Nice neighbourhood with beaches - The atmosphere was quite intoxicating leaning toward the exotic. The proprietor made us feel very at home almost as if we were staying with welcoming friends. Mornings couldn't come soon enough anticipating the excellent breakfast that awaited us. The Atlantic beach, walking minutes away from the pousada was beckoning. The rooms were comfortable especially the lobby and dining area, which was filled with exquisite art and furnishing from Bali. Casa Petunia far exceeded all of our expectations.

  The staff were awesome, they were really helpful and went above and beyond. The breakfasts were great, with lots of variety. My private room was huge and most of the dorms I saw were good too (the four beds in particular). - the front desk staff Daniel and Juan were very helpful and warm.

  Staff was very helpful with giving suggestions for the activities in the city and spoke good English. Rooms are very nice and neat. Breakfast was excellent! One of the best we had in Brazil. Location is very safe, which is important if you visit Salvador.   Staff is AMAZING! Simple hotel, no luxuries, but clean, close to banks, pharmacy, shopping mall, and one block from the beach. Plenty of transportation to everywhere. Simple but tasteful breakfast included in price. Would stay there again. I found this hotel last minute, when changing from a bad one I had reserved. Felt very welcome and supported... vad folk säger » by staff upon arrival (I was alone, husband arrived two days later) - Near beach, 2 minute walk, clean, helpful staff. Advertisement says 10 mins walk to Pelorinho, but is a 25 minute taxi ride.
