  This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. - The staff were excellent.   I really enjoyed the service provided by the following staff: Paulo Rogerio from the night shift kitchen staff, Etevaldo from the day shift and the night manager Fabio. They saved the hotels reputation as I found the other staff quite average. - nice buffet breakfast fridge and microwave close to diners 3 blocks from metro

  The price is very good only if you book it from letsbookhotel.com The rooms are well equiped with all you need for a long staying. My favorite place to stay in Sao Paulo - Hotel has very nice location, many good restaurants are located in few steps! It also has amazing view from windows to the skyscrapers!
