  This hotel is perfect. Staff is kind and always available. Leisure areas are many and big. Meals are excellent.You and your children will love it. Internet issue reported by guests in the past is solved. - Attentive staff, They solve your requeriments and don´t need to go out to look for anything Very good price/ quality relation.

  We both enjoyed our stay in this hotel.All the facilities were excellent and more are nearing completion. Swimming pool,gym, bowling and kids club.Also our room and eating facilities were excellent. A big plus for us was the excellent service provided by Vinicius Rentz of Yes Tourism Office located in the hotel. - Hotel looking nice,new, big an... vad folk säger » d comfortable, so much facilities for kids and adults. They construct spa now, so will be much better later. Good restaurant for dinner with nice design.

  The staff was really nice to my father that is older and has difficulties to walk, specially at the restaurant (Roseli) and at the spa (Amalia).
