  This hotel was a great choice for us. We wanted to visit the Iguacu falls without paying an arm and a leg. We didn't feel the high cost of the hotel inside of the Iguacu falls park was justifiable. Florenca was a cheery, immaculately clean hotel with extremely friendly/helpful staff. We took the bus (2.85 reais) which stops right in front of the hotel frequ - Close to the national park of Iguazú and the waterfalls, the airport. Just a short bus ride from both and also close to the Centro of Foz Do Iguaçu. Busses go every 20-or-so minutes in both directions. Staff very friendly and proficient in Spanish and English. Very clean. The hotel has a taxi service to a reasonable price.   The room was good and clean although a little small. The bathroom was adequate. The hotel had a small kids playing room which was a plus and excellent staff from restaurant - Good value great pool free bottle of wine for our anniversary staff helped us to book bus tickets

  There were pretty big rooms, good service, very helpful English-speaking staff (at reception). Breakfast is very good, also we had a dinner, and it was also nice. From the high floor there is a good view to the city or to the river. For cold weather (it was +3C) they have power conditioners - setting to +26 makes room acceptable. It's near to shops and a good restaurant (Buffalo's - corpses and salad buffet for veggos, music too). William (spelling?) at the hotel desk couldn't have been more helpful and efficient! Bus stop to the Falls just round the corner. Highly recommend. It worked well for us!
