  We both enjoyed our stay in this hotel.All the facilities were excellent and more are nearing completion. Swimming pool,gym, bowling and kids club.Also our room and eating facilities were excellent. A big plus for us was the excellent service provided by Vinicius Rentz of Yes Tourism Office located in the hotel. - Hotel looking nice,new, big an... vad folk säger » d comfortable, so much facilities for kids and adults.   The front desk service was great, especially the girl that was there during the day (forgot her name, sorry!) -- she spoke terrific English, was very patient with our questions, and helped us book a good deal for our travels to the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls. The breakfast was fantastic, all sorts of fruits, breads, cakes, eggs. The locations ... vad folk säger » is a bit of a walk from town, but is conveniently located right next to the bus stop for the bus that takes you to the airport & the Brazilian sid - Staff were fantastic, spoke brilliant English and arranged numerous tours and taxi's for us. Really helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable. Walking to Downtown takes about 10 minutes. A laundrette is about 4 mind walk. Staff offered lots of helpful advice. We extended our stay by two nights after the first night, staff advised they could not charge us the same rate for those nights at reception and advised we just book again on letsbookhotel.com which was fine by us.   The staff was really nice to my father that is older and has difficulties to walk, specially at the restaurant (Roseli) and at the spa (Amalia).   This hotel is perfect. Staff is kind and always available. Leisure areas are many and big. Meals are excellent.You and your children will love it.   The owner speaks very good English. Very friendly, easy-going, explained us where is best to go: currency exchange, souveneirs, everything about iguacu falls, restaurants, bars, history, even gave us heads up for future destinations like Rio, Salvador and Fortaleza!!! I recommend everybody to stay in this hostel during the trip to Foz Do Iguacu.
