Nice cabin and garden at walking distance of the Lençois Maranhenses National Park and a few steps from the beach.
Atins is a nice and quiet village on a beautiful beach.

Totally disorganised. They were not able to help us with the transfer in a professional manner, which was very disappointing and stressful, as we ended up paying a fortune to get there and leave, plus we had to leave a day earlier to be able to catch the plane on time. Because of difficult phone and internet connections, credit cards can't be accepted.
Road access to Atkins is quite an adventure. By boat on the river is easier.
I felt I was a bother to the staff. Even toilet paper was handed over like I was asking too much. It is a very tired pousada on its last legs. A smile would have added a lot. Pick another pousada.

unengaged. The bungalows were very primitive and so was the
surroundings. The village Atins is built on a dune and very
uninteresting to visit.
