  The Hotel is a brand new very close to the city park and Government of RS. Rooms are big and spacious and have been done to be very comfortable. The Bathroom is complete and spacious with Shower and all and it shows that it has many details. The location service rooms is perfect. Staff is very kind and make all possible to mak - Nice to be near the bus station. There was a cafe downstairs and pizza available for reasonable prices.   Super location and very close to the Vrbas River and Castle and not a long walk to the centre. Despite not speaking English the staff are incredibly friendly and warm! - The location is excellent, and the staff was very helpful and did everything to make as have a good time in the hotel and in Banja Luka.

  Very well designed, although looked like an ordinary motel from outside, it is surprisingly comfy and pretty inside. We had a queen size bed (very comfy!), the rooms were furnished with taste, spotlessly tidy. The staff was great, big thanks to Slavko and the receptionist, whose name we unfortunately don't know, who arranged breakfast for us even ... vad folk säger » though we had to check out before serving time, especially during EASTER time. The hotel has a nice bar/cafe which is visited also by the local people - Appearances can be deceptive !! .. Despite its rather unlovely location between 2 petrol stations this is an excellent hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff, large comfortable room with an excellent bed and all the facilities required for a 2 night stay. Simple but good breakfast. Short walk into town. The only quibble was that the curtains could have been heavier to avoid early morning light. Bring an eye mask! Would definitely stay again.

A good breakfast is included (available 07.00-12.00!) and the restaurant has a good range of standard and traditional dishes. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms. The rooms have all mod cons! All the staff are fantastic and the attached restaurant serves delicious food. Try the steak! A little bit of luxury!
