  The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room.   I was really very pleasant surprised of the quality, service, room,staff of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there, it was the besthotel that I stayed in when I was in Brussels!
