  Very helpful, very friendly the room was large and clean the location was excellent for walking/shopping/exploring further afield and only a short drive to the port of Dunkirk. The architecture is fabulous and is a privilege to see and stay in this beautiful building.   We needed to leave early, so the woman (owner?) made breakfast an hour earlier than the usual time for us. It was all very nice - comfortable and lovely. - Very good location,very clean room and spacious.the staff is veryfriendly and helpful,the food is good.It is much valued for the money.

  Absolutely everything! Our rooms were very spacious, clean and actually looked like the pictures on the website! Our hosts were incredible and we would highly recommend staying at the Bonobo for families because of the extra space. The service was excellent. The manager took a keen interest on ensuring that any questions were answered and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brugge. Great location too! Parking in the lot was also a very nice feature. Rooms were very large and nicely decorated.

The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was really well located, just a few minutes walk to the main market square. - The owner was lovely, very friendly, personalised service.   Pleasently surprised with how great this place was. The rooms were large and the bathrooms were recently renovated. The rooms could use a bit of a reno but otherwise they had everything one needed. Staff were incredibly friendly and accomdating, loved that it was family run.   We booked 6 rooms at the hotel and found it to be excellent value for money. It is a very friendly family run hotel who pride themselves in providing a good service. We will be going back. - Clean and easy access by train to Brugge
