  The hotel was very nice and accommodating. Nice strong shower, heated floors etc. The meal at the hotel restaurant was very nice and the waiters pleasant. I had emailed before hand about a airport shuttle and also reminded them of the 5:00 am shuttle needed at the front desk when we arrived. In the morning, they had no account of the conversation.... vad folk säger » However, they rectified the situation quickly by ordering a taxi at their expense. This hotel is great if you need to be at the airport. - Very close to the Business area with big companies nearby such as Nokia, Verizon, etc. The restaurant is excellent and really gourmet. Breakfast is quite rich with real and fresh Orange juice.

  Romms are quite clean and the facilities are very nice. Besides all the people at the hotel are very helpful and kind. Also having computers and internet at the loby is a great idea. Thanks a lot. - A very pleasant place to stay. Adequate price. Nice spatial rooms and good services. Just outside Brussels, but with a reliable tram link to the centre... vad folk säger » and a bus link to the airport. Also Tervuren by itself is a quiet little town with nice surroundings.

  The hotel is very nice! Very nice big bed and good quality of bedding (pillows, cover). After the booking was done unexpected I had to take my (2) kids to the trip. I was not charhed anything extra for them! Thanks! - Large room with flat screen tv. Enjoyed the free drinks from the mini bar. Nice bathroom. Would definately stay again.

  A brand new hotel with a minimalistic "IKEA-style" design, everything in mint condition. Cozy bed, simple but clean room. Decent breakfast in a tidy and also minimalistic-designed restaurant.   Wow, what a great surprise. I had seen the photos, and knew that there were spa facilities, but I had not anticipated the size and scope of them. I was quite impressed, and took full advantage of most of the complex. The breakfast was outstanding, and I ate to my heart's content. I loved the fire pit and lounge chairs inside by the restaurant. -... vad folk säger » Small, very clean and pleasant. Staff were very helpful. My daughter was travelling with me as I had to have a heart procedure at the hospital, and they made her feel very safe and secure, as it was the first time staying in a hotel on her own. The room was spacious and the addition of a working living flame fire made it very cosy.
