  I had a wonderful stay in Ghent, and I have to say that it was thanks to the very warm welcome I received from the hosts of the Cuberdon B&B. When I texted to say when I’d be arriving, they offered to pick me up from the station as they happened to be passing. (A very welcome offer after so many hours travelling). The room and ensuite bathroo... vad folk säger » m were spotlessly clean and cosy, with a flat-screen TV with a multitude of channels (including a great selection of foreign channels). The breakfast - Very friendly and helpfull staff during our stay. Every morning a very nice breakfast. You can ask anything about your stay in Gent, they have all info at the B&B. B/C of the 30 min. walk, we looked for a nearby restaurant; There is a fun restaurant nearby it's called 'Fabula Rasa' it's good food/nice price Kurt and Jurgen we Loved our stay.

  A really lovely welcome on arrival. Friendly, helpful, family run hotel, I just wish I'd booked an evening meal. Breakfast was excellent. English speaking. - Very service oriented staff, clean and nice rooms, free access to internet

  Arriving quite late in the evening the hosts were welcoming above and beyond what was necessary. We were given drinks and snacks , and the lady even offered to cook us something to eat.   We were made very welcome at the hotel and being from another country this always helps. A family run b&b so you get the personal touch that you don't recieve in bigger hotels.   The B&B is located in a quiet residential area. It is named after a huge and beautiful tree in the garden. The guest rooms are spacious, luxurious and very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very good with fresh strawberries, freshly squeezed orange juice and a lovely bread assortiment. The owners are wellcoming, friendly and courteous. He even has prepared a detailed map of the shops, banks, bars, everything we might have been interested nearby.The place - very well equipped, clean, spacious, in the heart of the city centre.   We asked if there were tea making facilities in the room and as there weren't we were given another room with full facilities available at no extra charge. We were also pleasantly surprised by the bar prices which were on a par with local Restaurants - Welcoming, clean, spacious, comfortable, looked recently refurbished, enjoyable breakfast
