Te apartments feel immediately like home, so does the owner, Willem make you feel. Right at home. And that is what we needed after a very tiresome - The residence is absolutely amazing. When you arrive, you're given a pair of slippers for free and you're asked to choose your pillow from a selection of four ones. The room is the biggest I've ever been to: the living room is extraordinary and the kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are fantastic and the bathroom is as big as a room in a standard hotel.   We are aged 28-33 and stayed here for the Reggae Geel festival in August 2014 as we did not want to camp. Hotel was great location 5min walk from Geel station.   Having tried many hotels in Mechelen, and needing to stay when a conference was one, I booked this hotel. I arrived late in the evening, but my key and paperwork were ready, so I was able to nip into the dining room before it closed. The menu is small, but has some unusual items to try.   The B&B is located in a fantastic position, just over 5 minutes walk from the main square. The room itself is more like a studio apartment, and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious; there was a great selection of food, and we loved that breakfast was served in a little basket outside your door. The breakfast you got every morning was done with such detail is it unbelievable . They even gave us beer two nights to drink . They were very helpful and also lent us their bicycles .   The room was enormous with lovely decor. The owner was extremely helpful. Parking was fairly easy on the street.
