  Free airport shuttle was a lifesaver especially at late arrival because it would be hard to find the hotel except taking a taxi. The size, comfort and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Breakfast room, staff and breakfast itself was perfect. Local bus stops were just a few steps away. Silent and safe neighborhood.   The hotel is very nice! Very nice big bed and good quality of bedding (pillows, cover). After the booking was done unexpected I had to take my (2) kids to the trip. I was not charhed anything extra for them! Thanks! - Large room with flat screen tv. Enjoyed the free drinks from the mini bar. Nice bathroom. Would definately stay again.

  The hotel and the rooms are modern with the proper basic equipment you would expect in a hotel. The windows are sound proof. The location is convenient if you have a car and are travelling to Brussels for 1 or two days only. After having travelled for nearly a month it was both a delight and a blessing to find a place which treated one as a human being and not merely an object from whom to extract the most money for the least - The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.
