Chris, Sascia and all their staff were very welcoming. Nothing was to much trouble. looking forward to see what the do with the Hotel O their plans sound exciting. the location is just of the main square so you don't have far to travel to the key sites. we love Ypre and everything it has to offer and this hotel is central for all of it. -

I have ticked City trip as there is no accurate choice. This is for the
dedicated wwi enthusiast and the "In Flanders" museum &
Mennin gate are within a two - five minute walk from the Alliance. For
us vet's it is a must and quite moving. I was impressed by the good
nature and warmth from the locals and the respect from the young. A

Central location in Ypres. Clean, simple, comfortable, functional rooms
with excellent shower. Breakfast was continental, boil your own eggs,
cereals, juice, cold meats and cheese with fresh bread and each table
had its own bowl of fresh bread rolls and pastries. Very nice and as
substantial as you want it to be. There was a bar area but so close to
the town centre there are many restaurants and bars to spend time in so
I never saw anyone using it although it was possible. Also no evening
meals

Our host was very welcoming and helpful recommending a wonderful restaurant for dinner and giving directions for thecarea. The room facilities were excellent and everything well kept and clean. The location was excellent just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Ypres. The room was luxurious and well equipped; there were also tea and coffee making facilities. The owner of the B&B was very welcoming and gave us some good information about where to go and what to see, useful and important when you're only staying for one night! Breakfast was huge - cracking quality and a good opportunity to meet fellow guests.

Host Luc was charming, knowledgeable and helpful. Little things like chocolates for the children and maps and guidebooks helped to make our trip easier and more enjoyable.
