  Everything! The upstairs 2-br "suite" was perfect for my wife and I, plus my cousin who was traveling with us. The owner, Papart, is an artist and has done an amazing job of restoring and decorating the B&B. he is also so kind and generous. The location is truly exceptional. E.G. after we had a quite luxurious dinner the one night in Spa, we decided to balance the budget by staying in the next night and have some sandwiches on our room. How lovely :) Thanks for a beautyful stay! - What a fantastic location, it is only a stone's throw from the main street in Spa but with the trees and elevated position you feel in the middle of the country. It is a wonderful building full of character (as are the hosts Rob and Erika). It is not luxurious by any means but is excellent value for money and a really comfortable retreat.

  It's just like it looks in the pictures if not better, 5 mins from the centre of Spa and 10 mins from the station on foot. The house is just like a fairy tale. We stayed in the suite des anges and it was the nicest room we'd ever stayed in. Breakfast in the morning was very impressive and catered for every taste.
