  The very friendly and helpful service. I had once walked in, off the street, needing a taxi to the arport. The manager asked me to wait, then arranged for their own hotel driver to take me, at no charge! The manager quickly made an alteration to our room that had been my mistake. The bar was so friendly and really reasonable.   One of the best 4 star hotels I have ever stayed in.   The swim-up pool bar and pool party were great fun with a range of reasonably-priced cocktails and great music. The breakfast was very nice indeed. The room was cleaned thoroughly and the bed was very comfortable. The TV/dvd combo were easy to control in the lounge area, unlike some other hotels I tried in the same area. Very spacious and clean, large windows with a view over the bay. Very quiet, good bed. No mini bar, but there is a refrigirator and there is a convenient store at 10 minutes walking from the hotel. there you can also find some restaurants and fast food chains.

Room Service was efficient a - Both my wife and I enjoyed using the spa facilities at the hotel.   Self catering hotel that is clean and family friendly place to stay. Location was perfect for supermarket and restaurants. Staff were awesome and very helpful. Rooms cleaned and bed linen changed every day. We were upgraded from 2 to 3 bedrooms for the same price of what we booked online. Our stay was great.   I liked almost everything about the hotel. Thanks to the Reservations Manger Mr. Salem for allowing flexibility in my late check-out time, and Ayra in Reception for being exceptionally cheerful as well as efficient....a rare comination in hotels these days. I'm sorry I said all that, now the room rates will go up! - The staff were very helpful, although, there were long queues at reception with people checking in and out, when all we needed was a quick question answered. The Spa was clean and relaxing until the manager had an altercation with a disgruntled employee and the man she had brought along as back up. This was both embarrassing and disquieting and ruined the ambience. Breakfast was superb but very limited Al a Carte evening menu.

  Absolutely spot on.Staff all fantastic and helpful even when the hotel was full. Allowed an early checkin and changed from a double to a single with no hassels. Bar very pleasant with for two single women.Grat breakfast and Japanese Restaurant. - I am a regular visitor to Bahrain and was really impressed to find a good hotel at that price.
