location was great, really close to a metro station, and to a lovely market where you can find nice fresh breakfast for a very reasonable price.
the staff was very nice and friendly. the owner are jews, they speak english, austrian, german and hebrew fluently, but the reception staff didn't speak english well, still we could manage to understand them very well.
Spacious suite with a large bathroom. Room very well equipped - had all the necessary things to stay for a few days. Kitchen fully available. I highly recommend it.

Good location. Quite place, although all rooms are at the ground floor
and in Summer you may have some noise from outside. WiFi, very warm in
winter (room has local heating), free mobile phone with local sim-card.
Refrigerator, Microvawe and a basic set of tableware enough to take a
quick bite. Everyday Cleaning included.

- Around 15 min from the hotel is a bus stop for the bus that we can take to and from the airport.
Location (very near to U-Bahn and the center of the city), facilities (cozy, they provide a lot of useful things such as hair-drier, microwave oven, TV, kettle, houseware), separate entrance to the studio, owners of the studio are very responsive and nice.
- Location is perfect for walking in downtown that can be reached by walk (there are also a lot of shops and cafe nearby)

- Close to the bus-stop for the airport shuttle (7 min by walk).
We had stayed there for 3 nights. Room was very clean, and had perfect location, 3-5 minutes walking to the underground. It make sense leave car at the P&R parking and use public transport then.
Friendly and very helpful staff, excellent and comfortable apartment with warm and nice beddings. Near town and convenient underground two mins away. Also nearby open market and eateries.
Perfect location, really nice and kind hosts, clean, near by a metro station. I would definitely stay there again next time I go to Vienna.
It was a clean hotel, near city center. Without noise or any other kind of disturbe. Wifi also included for real!!.

Great location. location.
This is perfect place for Vienna sightseeing. it takes really few minutes to get city center by walk. Near metro station (lines U2 and U4). There is a farmer's market and many restaurants near studios. Iron and hair dryer right in the room.
I liked the pillow and the blanket. They were very fluffy.
I also liked that there was a microwave oven and a Billa supermarket close to the Pension.
The staff was helpful and kind, although they did not speak English too well.

The internet worked well and if not you could just reboot. Supermarket around the block as well as restaurants. Also close to underground although we walked most of the time.

noise noise noise... from the next room, from the upper room and from the street outside. although, during the night, the neighborhood was quiet.
the aircondition was also noisy.
The only drawback - Service poorly speaking English, making it difficult for us before our arrival. There was no reply to our emails with questions.

Stuff speaks a very few words in English. If you speak German, Hebrew,
Hungarian or Scerb you can communicate mush better.
- It was a little bit noisy in the room because of the thin walls

The walls of the building are so thin so everything that the neighbours say or do could be heard.

The ground floor appartment is not so good in summer, your windows are just near the walkway.

Could not do much cooking with a kettle and microwave. No view. All the windows were blinded with a foil. Many children running and screaming upstairs. My apartment was badly maintained. It was not cleaned for 7 days.
Bad sound-proof of walls. And bed can be better.
I did not like the dampness and smell of mold from the bathroom.
There was no sink in the kitchenette, so we had to use the bathroom sink for cleaning the dishes.

The pictures presented overestimat the quality of the place. Deficcient heating in the bathroom and kitchen. Overall aspect of the room.

Owners knew no English nor German so communication none existent. We had room 4 and there was a lot of noise from the above apartment.
