  Absolutely everything...from the moment we were greeted by the porter to the time we got into the elevator (seriously couldve stayed in there all night and have my own dance party!!) . I wanted to live there for ever. Loved the quirkiness, the ecclectic decor, the fun yet luxurious feel it offered. And then we went to our r - We loved everything about the QT Hotel. We didn't want to leave. We arrived mid morning and were surprised that we were able to go directly to our room. We had expected to store our bags and come back later. We were then told that we could have full internet access at no additional charge. We had selected breakfast daily as part of our QT experience and was pleasantly surprised when it was a la carte and we could order anything we liked. We also enjoyed the freshly made juice.   A great place to stay, The Harbour View Room was fantastic we were there for the Aust. Navy Fleet Review and did not need to leave the room to watch the fireworks and events. The staff were friendly and helpful. It seemed like our room was serviced every time we left it. We loved our stay. I recommend a harbour-view room suite. Caught the train from the airport the Circular Quay not cheap bu - We had obtained a smartdeal for the Four Season for our last trip to Sydney. Apart from the value for money, the hotel was in a great location for a city visit to Sydney, pleasant staff, very comfy room, excellent house-keeping, L'occtaine toiletries and we took advantage of the gym and outdoor heated pool too. Some reviews had complained the hotel is dated. I wouldn't agree. Very enjoyable stay, we will be back.

  We have enjoyed our 3 nights saty in Waldorf Apartrments hotel in Parramatta. The location was vey suitable for us and the acco,mmodation was moder, very spacious,clean with godd front desk attitude.   We had a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that a note I put in our booking about the weekend stay being for my girlfriend's birthday meant that by the time we checked in, we had already received a complimentary upgrade to a beach view. The extra attention and little touches we received from Novotel's staff made all the differenc - The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other.   The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money.   Very friendly & accommodating staff. Facilities great, stayed two consecutive nights in a studio twin & two bedroom apartment. Very well appointed, comfortable rooms. We moved to the two bedroom apartment, so Staff moved bags between rooms for us while we were out, which was fabulous customer service & very much appreciated. Awesome location, close to darling - The location is perfect! With a short walk (<5mins) you can take the light rail to central station and the bus stop with buses to circular quay (including 555) just in front of the hotel! Haymarket and chinatown are about 5 mins walk from the back door. Room is big ( for 4 pax), clean and nice! bed is extremely comfortable and the price is reasonable ( ~aud 700 for 4 nights excluding weekend)! - One was not pressured into early rising to please the housemaids. We slept in late every day as you should on holidays. The near shopping centres were wonderful as were all the food courts and restaurants.There is no shortage of entertainment near by, as well as cruises in the harbour, sight seeing etc. The staff were friendly and curtious and we will definitely be returning on our next holidays.

  Friendly staff and efficient check in and out procedures. We used it as an aiport hotel before we left after a 2 week holiday. Very convenient for the airport (10 minutes) and with a very good range of local restaurants and a beach oppoosite - not so isolated as some airport hotels can be. In particular Mitchell the assistant mgr this stay. I had a problem with a double booking and he sorted it really easily! I also love the gym facilities. I travel a bit for work and it's great I get to have such great fitness options.
