The apartment concept is nice. The apartment had everything needed for cooking and was cleaned daily. The location is good - working distance to Circular Quay. Supermarket is located a 5-7 min. walk away. -

Good location. We were not using the children's hospital or the uni which were directly across the road, however the location was fantastic for good cafés and restaurants! I liked being on the ground floor (Room 1.) Room was all I needed. Good value for money. Very clean. Bed comfortable. WiFi arrangements (pay as you go) worked well. Breakfast arrangements suited me, morning papers, great. Reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. -

Although the units we joined there was a sense of privacy.
Parking was close to the room.
The children had plenty of space. The unit was easy to 'live in'. The gym and pool were an added bonus. The ability to order food in was fantastic. Would definitely recommend it to others as would the kids I am sure. -

Was at RPA for surgery. Found the staff very friendly & very helpful. Staff were very understanding of our situation with the operation & helped out with everything we asked. Our house cleaner went above & beyond as she knew Tim had surgery- every morning as we went for his rehab she dropped everything & did our room when we were out. My partner and myself booked the shuttle bus for the following morning and accidently left our tickets in the room. We told the shuttle bus driver we just needed to grab a copy from the reception desk just inside. Rather than putting our bags into the bus whilst I ran inside the driver argued with my partner and said he "didnt have time for this"

My trip was due to a last minute cancellation leaving me stranded.
From this perspective the internet facilities appear very pricey for modern standards/pricing.
The late night KFC and 24 hour McDonalds was handy in terms of at least having something to eat/drink for more budget conscious customers.
The distance to the venue was also within a very short walk negating the need for a taxi or even shuttle bus.
