I loved the close proximity to the city. The train station was a short 15 minute walk and the staff were very good at offering advise on how to get there. There was little I didn't like actually. Nothing to fault meriton on at all except the noise from neighbouring developments.
It was a fairly long sort of walk to shops but in saying that, it's good exercise & the area is still under development so it was a small inconvenience that was easily overlooked.
I can only say that I preferred my stay at the danks street Meriton a little more simply because they have split level apartments that I absolutely loved! I love Meriton so much, I'm now lo

Location was a very short walk to the beautiful Bondi beach - two grocery stores a few shops away- stocked our wonderful new kitchen. Spotless - large comfy bed and pull out was great as well for our daughter - room dividers pulled to make two rooms. Everything was top rate. Very happy there. Would go back anytime - staff was excellent!!!!!!!

The apartments were very luxurious. With this and the gym, pool and spa you could spend all day there. However only a 5min walk to Bondi beach and cafes.
The 1st night we stayed the people in the neighbouring apartment were very noisy. The staff were brilliant about and the next night moved us and upgraded us for free.

Waterloo is an up & coming area of Sydney. That being said, on our 1st taxi ride from downtown area, we were a bit nervous about the area. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was an area which was in the process of being upgraded and our immediate area was all done and people living all around the hotel area. With a small store around the corner, we were able to buy a bus pass of 10 tickets and that reduced the cab fare hugely. There are some nice little rest

The rooms at the Meriton Bondi Junction were very spacious and luxurious. I stayed one night with a friend and we came to Bondi to do some shopping at the Westfield and it was very convenient to go to the shopping centre from the apartments. The train and bus stations were very close and such an ease to get too as we were heading for a music course at Kings Cross that night. The facilities at the apartment were very nice and great! The rooms were large and clean. The front desk staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was central to all the things you'd want to be close to in the city but there was no noise from the party goers outside. There was a good space for me to work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

Modern rooms, very clean.
Self-contained units--everything you need to cook and do laundry. They even supply laundry/dishwasher soap daily.
Excellent location, very quick walk to Town Hall and Museum (no lifts) stops. Our family of 3, including a 14 month old, had no problems traveling to/from the airport on the train with our bags from this hotel

The views were great and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!

The staff were 100% friendly and professional. Always pleased to accomodate. One morning we witnessed the 'egg chef' loosing conrol somewhat & hope that within our view of his team members supporting hi, it helped his situation and that all is good there. i like sydney who could not, the hotel desk staff could not be more helpful we arrive very early and they found a room for us straight away after a long flight this was much appreciated thank you holiday in staff for a wonderful stay in sydney. ps insted of the 4 days we booked we stayed 8 i think that show how much we enjoyed the stay

The comforts of the rooms, the beds and pillows were awesome. Clean rooms and great facilities in the rooms. Provided Great information to guests in rooms. Reception staff very friendly and highly recommended. Big plus to to gentlemen whom checked us in very rare to find good, friendly helpful service. Will defenitely book with you again and will recommend to family and friends
