I made a wrong booking for a day too late and the hotel was full for the night, but the lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and found me a room that someone else missed a flight for. She totally made my day.
Despite the plain look from the outside, the hotel was pretty cool on the inside.
My fault for not checking the maps, I thought it would be right next to the airport. I ended up having to take a taxi that cost $15 to the hotel.

We have stayed here a few times, and have just had another 2 nights. it is sad to constantly read the poor reviews the hotel gets. Sure there are things that need some fixing up, and yeh it's not the Hilton, but it sure is a great friendly and convenient place to stay and relax. Was at RPA for surgery. Found the staff very friendly & very helpful. Staff were very understanding of our situation with the operation & helped out with everything we asked. Our house cleaner went above & beyond as she knew Tim had surgery- every morning as we went for his rehab she dropped everything & did our room when we were out. everything by theirselves. The rooms are spacious and beautiful,

The Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were neat and facilities were good like the common kitchen and Wi-Fi. TV, Iron Box, Kettle, Coffee / Tea Sachets and fridge was available. The hotel was secured with a secured lock in the front. The location and Transport access is aver big plus point. I have seen other backpackers or hotels nearby but this hotel really stands out to be classy for the money spent.
