  Friendly and efficient staff. My late check-in from the airport was pleasantly and conveniently organised for entry and key pick-up! We were also walked through by Joanne after we arrived for our second stay to be shown easier access from outdoors to lower ground. Rooms were good and clean with coffee/tea facilities which provided our good start ... vad folk säger » to the days were stayed. A BIG bonus was the pantry and laundry complete with an iron:) Would surely RETURN, when needed for a stay. - The lady on reception was friendly and welcoming and we appreciated her knowledgeable of the area. The lodge has a lovely character, was very clean, up to date in design and comfortable. Its also central to the uni, a lively pocket of wonderful little restaurants and general shopping.

  We have stayed here a few times, and have just had another 2 nights. it is sad to constantly read the poor reviews the hotel gets. Sure there are things that need some fixing up, and yeh it's not the Hilton, but it sure is a great friendly and convenient place to stay and relax. If you book and stay there, just enjoy it for what it is - Was at RPA for surgery. Found the staff very friendly & very helpful. Staff were very understanding of our situation with the operation & helped out with everything we asked. Our house cleaner went above & beyond as she knew Tim had surgery- every morning as we went for his rehab she dropped everything & did our room when we were out. Made sure Management knew how good she was & left her a box of chocolates. Re-booked for next hospital stay as this was our 3rd stay & we

The room was so clean and the water features with the little gold fish was fantastic.   The location was great. We had an access to the beach which was about 10 min walk, pubs, groceries. Public transport was awesome, it took only 15 min to get to the cbd and 25 min to Circular Quay.   I never write reviews... But for this one, I make an exception. It's à nice hotel for people who want privacy and who want to arrange everything by theirselves. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, comfortable bed! There is à kitchen, where you can make your own breakfast. And bathrooms, although shared, are clean. Moreover, cheaper restaurants are nearby, instead of the restaurants - The Hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were neat and facilities were good like the common kitchen and Wi-Fi. TV, Iron Box, Kettle, Coffee / Tea Sachets and fridge was available. The hotel was secured with a secured lock in the front. The location and Transport access is aver big plus point. I have seen other backpackers or hotels nearby but this hotel really stands out to be classy for the money spent.

  Inget - Enjoyed my stay here. It was very cost effective and easy to get around. Bus stop outside and the beach very close. Had all the amenities I needed and a really lovely cafe next door, great food. Good for city trip where you just need somewhere to sleep. - Very small extra cost for family room well worth it..   The receptionist was very firendly, check in took no time at all as we had pre-paid. The location was exactly where we wanted to be as we were going to Randwick racecourse. The room was just what I expected for the price, not big but the bed was comfy and the bathroom was fine, basic but clean and with a decent shower.   it did what i wanted , a cheap clean comfortable room in the middle of sydney, i was well pleased with it , no matter where i go in the world i use travel lodge , - It was a very nice hotel. The room was large and comfortable, maybe the bed was a little bit hard. It was very quiet. Staff was very helpfull.
