  The staff were fantastic, from check in to waitstaff at the restaurant. There was a slight problem with our booking and the staff were so obliging and helpful. The restaurant staff were really appropriate with our younger children.Really close to great food and shopping and park for kids.   I have lived in Aus for five years, this time , just come back for travelling, because need to stay for one week, so i choose this apartment hotel. The location was good, near the Myer , David Jones, China town and the most attractions. And the room equipmented with all the things you need, just like in you home. so i recommend it to the people w... vad folk säger » ho will have a long stay in Sydney - The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We also loved the pool ,spa and sauna..Thank you for everything.

  Staff were very helpful especially when we needed to extend our stay. The standard room was very comfortable indeed. Great service good location, nearby restaurants and grocery stores.   The location is in central position in Sydney China Town area. Easy to get any kind of foods, and close to all attraction in Sydney (CBD, Darling Harbour). Every apartment unit have small kichenette so you can cook. Our unit is Family studio, the space is spacious and can accomodate 2 adults with 2-3 children. The front desk staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was central to all the things you'd want to be close to in the city but there was no noise from the party goers outside. There was a good space for me to work. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. I was very happy with my stay here.

  Very pleasant Airport hotel less than 15 minutes to the International or Domestic Terminals. Large, clean rooms with super comfy beds and all standard amenities. Nice pool area adjacent to an excellent gym. The pool is not heated but this would not be a problem in summer. Hotel prices are good value by Sydney standards, excellent business hotel with conference and meeting room facilities. Not close to a - I was fortunate to be upgraded to an executive room and it was very spacious and comfortable. Whilst a little outdated in terms of decor, for the price I paid I am not complaining. I am not a fan of step into shower/bath situations but in this case the low height of the bath provided a much better safety factor than in most other hotels I have stayed at. The provision of an airport shuttle bus at only $6/person was very handy. The included breakfast was an added bonus which I did not expect
