  The hotel was spotless in an excellent location of Sydney. The area was safe & friendly. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. We have since travelled to a new hotel in Melbourne & really notice the difference in their assistance compared to the Grace Hotel. T... vad folk säger » he hotel had been recommended to us & it surpassed all expectations. - The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant stay!10 Out of 10!

  Rooms are very comfortable, staff helpful and curteous. View from room was lovely looking out over the Chinese Gardens. - Proximity to the centre of city and darlig harbour very good/ Breakfasts were great/parking away from hotel was a little inconvenient

  My husband and I, loved the location , as it was walking distance to cafes, buses , ferry, shops, Sydney harbour, Opera house and trains. We loved the comfy bed and pillows so much we haven't slept as well since arriving home. The staff were so wonderful as they followed up on our tour booking for the next day ,which we didn't expect. It was awesome. Nothing was too mu - Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.

  Friendly staff and efficient check in and out procedures. We used it as an aiport hotel before we left after a 2 week holiday. Very convenient for the airport (10 minutes) and with a very good range of local restaurants and a beach oppoosite - not so isolated as some airport hotels can be. Good availability of taxis in the morning so no waiting wh... vad folk säger » en we left. - The staff are always so helpful and friendly when I stay at Novotel Brighton. In particular Mitchell the assistant mgr this stay. I had a problem with a double booking and he sorted it really easily! I also love the gym facilities. I travel a bit for work and it's great I get to have such great fitness options.
