  Close to Wynyard station Lady at reception was lovely and helped me with my bags, toddler, portacot etc, she loaded me onto the trolley, including my son in his carseat and helped us unload into our room. She had a NZ accent and was wearing a grey shirt when she checked in. She was great and deserves recognition!! On the Sunday there was a brunett... vad folk säger » e lady (looked young, maybe mid twenties) who was very helpful to me and my son and held the lift as I arranged him and my groceries in the early afte - We stayed in a deluxe 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment with our 3 kids including a baby in a portacot. The apartment was fabulous, very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable for all of us. Our kids loved the heated pool and spa. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the main attractions and with Wynyard station around the corner, getting to Bondi or anywhere else was a breeze. We will definately stay here again and recommend to others.

  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money.   We have enjoyed our 3 nights saty in Waldorf Apartrments hotel in Parramatta. The location was vey suitable for us and the acco,mmodation was moder, very spacious,clean with godd front desk attitude.   The hotel was spotless in an excellent location of Sydney. The area was safe & friendly. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. We have since travelled to a new hotel in Melbourne & really notice the difference in their assistance compared to the Grace Hotel. However, the intimate and cozy feeling, plus the fine elegance of the deco all offer a nice and comfortable stay.   I love everything about this hotel and can't imagine staying anywhere else when I'm in Sydney. The atmosphere, the character, the style and the wonderful staff. I recently had to return there at a distressing time, a funeral, I was upgraded to a beautiful waterside room, a bottle of ch - The location , the great spirit of the staff reflected in their work ethic and translated back to me. I stayed 6 nights with my sister as her birthday treat with valet parking. We also had Room service for some meals and enjoyed some good movies after our long days of rediscovering Sydney. We felt welcome. The location is simply stunning and uplifting.

  The facilities in the room operated really good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The staff I had contact with were all pleasant and helpful. The kitchen was small but had all the components to self cater. Buses and trains only footsteps away. We were given a late checkout 11am on request. The parking was tight but adequate - Great location. If you want to get the airport train and have suitcases then consider getting off at St James instead of Museum station if you don't want to lug cases up loads of steps. St James station is not far and has a lift. We had a very large, modern, comfortable family room with qs bed, two singles and a small lounge, dining table & chairs. The beds were really comfortable and the decor lovely. The breakfast provided was basic but all we needed.

Sure there are things that need some fixing up, and yeh it's not the Hilton, but it sure is a great friendly and convenient place to stay and relax.
