  We were welcomed by the very friendly Linley (and his dog) who were both a delight. Meet Linley's wife later on and found her to be equally as pleasant, The motel is situation in a lovely location - close to the shops and river walks. We found Stanthorpe generally to be not too far from anything in any direction and as we had gone down there with th - Loved the fact that the rooms were very clean and tidy and were non smoking. A great view of the adjacent parkland and local river was magnificent. Rooms had free Wi Fi, good lighting and were very comfortable and had just enough kitchen amenities. Rooms were quite, and we could hear the stream and birds. Excellent value for money. Great Italian restaurant just up the road.

  Position in town. The steak house food was the best part of our stay. Excellent food. Cleanliness was everywhere. The heater was great as the room was able to be put at a good warm temperature. - Friendly person when I phoned to to confirm a reservation. Clean good size room.   Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room was very clean, warm and neat with all conveniences for the reasonable price. Location was ideal. So close to town and restaurants.   I found the Motel to be extremely clean and excellent value. The owners were very friendly and easy to talk to. The location of the Motel is convenient to the town and it is well set up.
